Excluding launch days, we will attempt to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:

Royal Mail Standard (2-4 business days)
USA & Canada:

Returns
Returns
We accept returns that meet the following:
• Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Must be unused.
• Must be in original packaging and in the condition you received it.
• Must contact us before returning at
support@eyebloom.co.uk
If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery quoting your order number and we will organise a replacement for you.
Any Refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All shipping on returns are to be paid for by the customer, unless your EyeBloom Eye Masks are damaged/faulty.
Although our aim is to create great smelling, functional eye masks, dissatisfaction of scent or functionality doesn't deem the product faulty.
EyeBloom Eye Mask will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit when being returned so we recommend that you use registered post or trackable couriers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
